Learn to read, write, and speak Spanish using the Voces Digital curriculum. This live online course is the first in a series of four one-semester courses using the Voces por el mundo textbooks. Vocabulary students will learn includes greetings and leave-takings, numbers, alphabet, punctuation, school, adjectives, family, clothing, weather, telling time, food, nature, and activities. Grammar students will learn includes gender and number, definite and indefinite articles, singular and plural nouns, “hay”, “gustar”, adjectives, subject pronouns, “ser y estar”, possessive adjectives, “tener”, demonstrative adjectives, “ir”, regular verbs in -ar, -er, -ir, indirect object pronouns, stem-changing verbs (introduction). Homework is completed on paper and via the Voces interactive learning portal.
